g)      Co-ordination with parents especially after school hours when students are found missing.

f)       Regular checking of students attendance in MIS360 software

a)       Communication with transport department


VI.    Admissions
a)       Collecting information from admision department about list of students who have applied for admissions,exam schedules & dates,etc
b)      Arranging for Admission Exam Question papaers
c)       Seating arrangement
d)      Getting answer papers checked
e)       Supervision during exams
f)       Arranging meeting with parents seeking admission for discussing DPA result.
VII.  LC
a)       Getting clearance from all the departments whenever LC request received
b)      Getting accounts clearance from parents whenever fees pending cases are found
c)       Follow up for getting LC and handing over to parents

VIII.        Internal Transfer
a)       Passing information to parents/students.
b)      Enlisting the applications
c)       Procedure completion as per receiving unit’s requirements like test, providing advisor’s remarks, previous results etc.
d)      LC procedure and admission procedure i.e admission form filling, fee collection etc.
e)       Handling challenges: Late applications for transfers

IX.    Year end process
a)       Collecting answer paper bundles, submissions from teachers.
b)      Facilitating the assessment process for any request from parent/student for change of marks, simultaneously updating their report cards.


X.      Beginning of the year process
a)       Collecting LC list from Admission Dept.
b)      Making consolidated list of tentative list of student for current academic year
c)       Dividing students in sections as per new structure
d)      Changing of students sections as per need.


XI.    Call Centre
a)       Filling in template provided
b)      Timely updating the template
c)       Providing necessary information/follow up as per needs to close the tickests assigned
d)      Any other requirement arising out of queries/ticket assigned

XII.  Sports
a)       Passing information as received from sports dept. to students/teachers
b)      Handling challenges:Frequent and multiple updates
